No Refund Policy
Once the product is delivered to the customer, only exchanges are possible; no refunds will be issued.
Refunds will only be processed if an order is cancelled by Black Faze due to an issue with the order. The refund process may take 10-14 days to credit to your account, and you will receive an update from the Razorpay team, including the RRN number and Refund ID, via email.
Return Policy [Only for Prepaid]
[Note: Returns are only possible for prepaid orders. If the order is Cash on Delivery (COD), no returns will be accepted.]
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt of your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused, with all tags and packaging intact. Additionally, proof of purchase, such as a receipt, must be provided.
Return Procedure:
- Contact us at +91-9372446209 for queries regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Upon approval, courier the product to: Shop 4, Black Faze Store, Near Station, Indira Market, Jai Ambe Nagar, Bhayandar West, Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra 401101.
- Email the courier ID, customer details, and order number to hanzalafarooqui7860@gmail.com upon dispatch.
- Upon receipt, we will initiate the exchange process and send the new order details to your registered mobile number.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and inform us immediately in case of any defects, damages, or incorrect items received. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.
Exchanges [Only Prepaid]
[Note: Exchanges are only possible for prepaid orders. If the order is COD, no exchanges will be facilitated.]
To receive the item of your choice, simply return the original item, and once the return is approved, we will arrange for the new item.
Kindly note that the cost of courier for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
Please be aware that the return, exchange, and refund process may take up to 10-14 days in extreme cases.
