We strive to ensure prompt delivery of your purchased products within 1 – 14 working days, depending on the product and delivery location. Despite our efforts, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may lead to delays. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering your order at the earliest opportunity.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy [Only Prepaid]
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Kindly note that return is only possible for prepaid orders.
Procedure for Returns:

- Upon approval, courier the product to:
FLOOR- GRD, 49, PLOT-234, I G C CHAWL, DHARAVI MAIN ROAD, KADAR COMPOUND, MUMBAI, Maharashtra, 400017 - Email the courier ID, customer details, and order number to hanzalafarooqui7860@gmail.com upon dispatch.
- Upon receipt, we will initiate the exchange process and send the new order details to your registered mobile number.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately of any defects, damages, or incorrect items received. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.
Exchanges [Only Prepaid]
To receive the item of your choice, return the original item, and once the return is approved, we will arrange for the new item. Exchange is only possible for prepaid orders.
No Refunds Policy
Refunds are only available in the event of an order cancellation due to an issue with the order. Please note that refunds may take 10-14 days to credit to your account. Kindly bear in mind that the cost of courier for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations
In case of order cancellation, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, the entire order amount will be refunded. However, if the order is shipped and subsequently cancelled, the refund will be processed upon the return of the order to our office, after deducting shipping charges.
Black Faze reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances where the requirements cannot be met. We will ensure timely communication regarding order cancellations and any applicable refunds.
